Cancellation Policy
To respect everyone's time, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur any fees.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Clients who arrive 10 minutes or more past their appointment time will be considered a no-show and charged the full amount.
